Anoka-Ramsey Community College (ARCC) partners with Metropolitan State University (MSU) to provide Business Online. Anoka-Ramsey provides the online A.S. in Business and Metropolitan State University provides the B.S. in Business Administration. (B.S. degrees are also available in Management and Marketing from Metropolitan State University.)
