Teaching Circles

Teaching Circles are groups of faculty that meet ten times during the school year (about once a month) to discuss a particular aspect of teaching.  Typically an article on the topic is selected and discussed.  Best practices by different faculty are also presented.  Currently three circles are active.  The first is discussing Active Learning and Terri Teeson is the contact person for that group.  The second is on Critical Thinking and Joan McKearnan is coordinator. The third circle is on Tegrity and Liz Nist is coordinator.  If you are interested in joining a circle, contact the coordinators.  If you are interested in starting a new circle, contact Gina.
